On Sept. 21, BARC employees gathered for the first ever, all-employee Safety Day to put focus on our No. 1 priority, safety.
BARC employees had a full day receiving hands-on training from Thomas Andrews at Rockbridge Fire/Rescue, RCSO Deputy Troy Wimer, staff from Rockbridge Health and many other safety professionals.
Chief Operations Officer Chris Botulinski says, “At BARC, safety is everyone’s responsibility, not just those that work on our poles and wire. This first company-wide safety day emphasized to all our employees that BARC’s commitment to safety is our top priority, and providing them continued education and empowerment is the path to maintain the successful safety culture we have.”
