Mixed Berry-Lime Smoothie Bowl with Banana and Granola

Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- ½ package (6 oz.) blackberries
- ½ lime
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 4 fluid oz. whole milk
- ⅛ cup honey
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ⅔ cup granola of choice
Directions: Wash and dry blackberries. Peel and thinly slice banana; set aside. Zest and juice lime into blender. Add frozen mixed berries, yogurt, milk, honey and cinnamon. Blend on high speed until smooth, 1-2 minutes. To serve, divide smoothie between bowls and top with banana, blackberries and granola. Makes 3 cups.
Sunshine Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 2 cups orange juice
- 2 cups grapefruit juice
- 2 bananas, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions: In blender, blend orange juice, grapefruit juice, banana chunks, yogurt and vanilla extract until smooth. Serve immediately. Note: If smoothie is too tart, reduce grapefruit juice to 1 cup. Serves 2-4.
Tart Lime Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 2 kiwis, peeled and halved
- 2 ripe bananas
- 3 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
- 2 limes, juice only
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 cups ice, crushed
Directions: In blender, blend kiwis, bananas, mint, lime juice, orange juice and ice until smooth. Pour into glasses to serve. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
Fruity Sprinkles Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1½ cups milk
- 1 carton (6 oz.) vanilla yogurt
- whipped cream
- sprinkles
Directions: In blender, blend blueberries, strawberries, mango, milk and yogurt until combined. Pour smoothie into four glasses. Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkles. Serves 4.
