Stuffed Tomato Snack

Ingredients

2448 cherry tomatoes
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 medium cucumber, peeled and diced
3 green onion stalks, diced
2 tsp minced dill fresh dill for garnish

Directions

1. Cut thin slice off top of each tomato

2. Scoop out pulp. Invert tomatoes on paper towel to drain

3. In medium bowl, combine cream cheese and mayo-nnaise until smooth

4. Stir in cucumber, green onion and minced dill

5. Spoon mixture into tomatoes

6. Top with fresh dill

7. Refrigerate until ready to serve
