Mexican Cornbread

Ingredients
- 2 cup self-rising yellow cornmeal
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 3 eggs
- 2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 15 floz creamed corn
- hot peppers to taste, if desired
Directions
1. Oil baking dish very well.
2. Mix all ingredients and pour into the pan.
3. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until well-done.
