Skillet Cornbread

Ingredients
1 cup self-rising cornmeal mix
1 cup self-rising flour
1 ½ cups buttermilk
¼ cup oil
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
Directions
1. Combine cornmeal mix and flour, mixing well.
2. Combine remaining ingredients and add to dry mixture.
3. Pour batter into well-greased 10-inch iron skillet.
4. Bake at 450 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
