Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup light mayonnaise
- ¼ cup light sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 3 apples, peeled and diced
- 1 rib celery, diced
- ½ cup walnuts, chopped
- ⅓ cup raisins
Directions
Mix the first 5 ingredients with whisk until blended. Combine apples, celery, walnuts and raisins. Pour mayo mixture over and stir to combine. Refrigerate until ready to use.
